Hello Family,
I have 4 minutes to write this email, so here it goes!
We are currently in Manapouri on the West Coast. Gareth and I are splurging on an overnight boat cruise on the Doubtful Sound which sounds pretty amazing. We have 24 hours on a cruise boat which includes meals, transpotation to the sound and kayaking on the sound. Not too shabby. Then we are going to do one of the Great Walks of New Zealand, the Kepler Track or possibly another overnight in the area.
Since I last wrote we drove around the southern tip of the island to the Catlins. We saw some incredible caves and beaches. We also saw more penguins, seals, sea lions and lots of birds (no kiwis yet though). It is very beautiful. The weather has gotten rainy and a bit cooler, but it is still beautiful!
